I hope you all had a foxy week and weekend and have been getting down and dirty with your fitness new years resolutions. This week we’re going to take a quote from a pop-sensation and run with it…well dance with it ;). The one and only Lady Gaga once sang “Just dance, gunna be okay” and that’s exactly what we are going to be thinking about all week.
Dancing is a fun way to shred the pounds and to get your heart racing. Dancing and jumping around are both forms of plyometrics. According to the websters dictionary, plyometrics is: "an exercise involving repeated rapid stretching and contracting of muscles (as by jumping and rebounding) to increase muscle power". Are you sick of the same old cardio routine? Why not just throw on your dancing shoes and go to work?

You’ll be able to work every part of your foxy figure and get it into shape in a fun way. Make this your workout routine one day a week. It's fun, there is no pressure to do things right, and you can let loose!
