Fab Tips

- drink water
- laugh often
- use your clothes to track your progress instead of a scale
- listen to music that pumps you up!
- make sure your stretching those muscles to get them long and lean
- excuses are worth nothing
- you are only a workout away from a good mood
- to avoid plateauing in your workout progress, switch up your routines everyday 
- you are much stronger than you think - so keep pushing! 
- eat small meals throughout the day rather than 1 or 2 big ones that make you feel stuffed
- it doesn't matter how slow you go or how long it takes you
- when you want to quit your cardio workout just tell yourself "sweat is fat leaving the body" then keep going!
